Every project is scoped to the deliverables you need.

Do you handle sound and colour as well as editing?

Yes. We handle the full post production pipeline, editing, sound design and mix, colour grading, and finishing. You can hand the project to us at the end of production and receive a finished film. We also grade footage that has already been edited, and add motion graphics to existing edits.

Can you turn my long videos into short social clips?

Yes. We pull the best moments from podcasts, long form videos, interviews and talks, then reframe, caption and pace them for short form social. One brief can produce both the long form edit and a batch of vertical cutdowns.

Do you create vertical versions for social media?

Yes. Every listing edit, brand film and podcast episode can include a vertical cutdown for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, reframed, captioned and paced for social. We also deliver square 1:1 where needed.

Can you deliver to festival and broadcast specifications?

Yes. We deliver to festival and broadcast technical specifications, including frame rate, resolution, colour space, audio levels and codec requirements. We also handle platform specific delivery for streaming.

How do we get started?

Send us a brief through the contact form. Tell us what you are making, who it is for, the runtime you need and your deadline. We come back with a workflow, a timeline and a quote. Once approved, we open the folder, you upload your footage and the first cut is on its way.

How do I send my footage?

Footage can be sent via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io. For larger jobs we set up a dedicated folder and a simple naming structure. If you are local to Ballarat we can also accept a hard drive in person.

How many revisions are included?

Most projects include two to three rounds of revisions. We confirm the exact number in your quote. Revision rounds are structured, so changes are consolidated and the edit moves forward cleanly rather than going in circles.

Do you work remotely?

We work fully remotely with clients worldwide. Async reviews via Frame.io or Vimeo mean you can leave frame accurate comments on your own schedule, regardless of time zone. If you are in Greater Melbourne or Ballarat and prefer face to face, we can arrange that too.

Can you work from my brand guidelines?

Yes. We work from your brand guidelines, fonts, colours, logos and any existing style references to make sure every element feels like part of your brand world.

How fast is your turnaround?

It depends on the project. Short form social clips usually land within a few business days. Real estate listing edits are two to five business days. Podcast episodes are three to five business days. YouTube videos are three to seven days. Long form edits, podcasts and brand films are quoted with a clear delivery date up front. Festival deadlines and launch windows are built into the schedule from day one.

A short documentary typically takes two to six weeks. A short film can take four to eight weeks. We scope the timeline at the brief stage so expectations are clear from the start.

Do you offer faster turnaround for urgent projects?

Yes. Faster turnarounds are available for time sensitive launches, campaign deadlines and festival submissions. Let us know your hard deadline at the brief stage and we will factor it into the quote and schedule.

Per project. Hourly billing penalises efficiency and makes costs unpredictable. A fixed quote means we absorb the detail work and you get a number you can budget around.

Do you offer retainers?

Yes. Retainers are a good fit for businesses, creators and agencies that need regular content every week or month. We agree on a set scope and volume up front, and you get priority turnaround.

Yes. We deliver high resolution graded masters plus any platform specific exports you need, with the correct colour space, codec and frame rate. Separate audio stems and project files are available on request.

Can I use footage you have already edited?

Yes. We grade edited sequences, add motion graphics to existing edits, or remix sound on a locked cut. Send the files and we will scope the additional work needed.
