Pricing / How it works

Pricing built around the work, not a flat rate.

Every project is different, so we price by scope, not by menu. Here is how we structure quotes so you know what you are paying for and why.

How it works

Three ways to price,
all fixed up front.

  1. 01

    Productised packages

For repeatable work we have scoped packages, real estate listing edits, podcast episode cuts, social clip batches. You choose the package that fits your volume, and the quote is fixed before we start. No surprises, no scope creep.

  2. 02

    Scoped project quotes

For films, documentaries, brand films and one off campaigns, we scope the full project up front. Runtime, footage volume, deliverables, sound, colour, motion graphics and revision rounds are all included in a single fixed quote.

  3. 03

    Ongoing retainers

For creators, agencies and businesses that need regular content every week or month. We agree on a set scope and volume, and you get priority turnaround. Retainers work well for podcast series, social content pipelines and brand campaigns.

What affects a quote

Variables that shape
the cost.

Runtime

A thirty second social clip and a ten minute brand film are different jobs. We quote by the time in the final edit, not the raw footage alone.

Footage volume

More footage means more logging, more sync and more selects. We factor in the hours needed to review and organise everything before the edit begins.

Deliverables

One master file is simple. A package with a main cut, three social cutdowns, captions, separate audio stems and a ProRes export adds scope we quote up front.

Turnaround

Standard turnarounds are built into the quote. If you need it faster, we can prioritise your project and resource accordingly.

Colour grading

Every project gets a basic colour pass. Full cinematic grading with primary and secondary corrections, shot matching and look development is scoped separately.

Sound and motion graphics

Clean audio edits, sound mixing, music beds, animated titles, lower thirds and motion graphics are all quoted as part of the total package.

FAQ

Common
questions.

How do you price projects?
We quote per project, not per hour. After a short brief we send a fixed quote with a clear breakdown of deliverables, timeline and revision rounds. You know the cost before we start.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes. Retainers are a good fit for businesses, creators and agencies that need regular content every week or month. We agree on a set scope and volume up front, and you get priority turnaround.
What affects the cost of a video?
Runtime, footage volume, number of deliverables, turnaround speed and post production complexity all factor in. Colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, captions and multi format exports add layers that we scope into the quote from the beginning.
Do you charge per hour or per project?
Per project. Hourly billing penalises efficiency and makes costs unpredictable. A fixed quote means we absorb the detail work and you get a number you can budget around.
How do I get a quote?
Send us a brief through the contact form. Tell us what you are making, who it is for, the runtime you need and your deadline. We come back within one to two business days with a quote and a timeline.
